By working with me, you're agreeing to my Terms and Service of my work.

DISCLAIMER:

• • By purchasing my services ( digital art), you automatically agree to the following conditions.• I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes or similar applications. Please do not upload it to any AI site.• The prices listed are only estimates, prices are based on the complexity of the request.
Once you send in your request, I'll give you a quote. Unless simplifying is allowed.• If you have any questions, please contact me.

ARTIST RIGHTS:

• By commissioning me, you are purchasing my services and the digital file only.• I, the artist, reserve the right to post wips and the finished artwork in my gallery for any reason.
› If you want the commission to be private please let me know beforehand.• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

USER AGREEMENT:

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described here.
You will agree here to the policy of using the art for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.

*Note: I can draw male characters in chibi form.

PAYMENT:

• Payments are completed through PayPal in EUR €.• Payments are always upfront and once the commission details are agreed upon.• Once I’ve started working on it (sketch) the commission is not refundable .• I can do payments plans for Live2D models such as half before starting and half when finished.

QUEUE/SCHEDULE/WORKSPEED:

• I usually take up to 3-5 days to respond to your initial order inquiry.• You may set a deadline for your commission, which must be communicated prior to payment.▸Turnaround time is: 1-2 weeks for Illustrations and emotes. // 1-2 months for Model Art or Rig.
It may take longer / shorter time depending on the complexity of the work.• I generally work on a first-come, first-served basis, but may occasionally prioritize projects based on inspiration or comfort.• You reserve the right to be notified of any delays.• You can find my work schedule/queue on my trello.• My working days are Monday through Friday.

COMMISSION PROCESS:

▸Fill in the commission form and send it to me.▸Upon confirmation you will receive a Paypal Invoice within 48 hours.▸Once I receive the payment, I will notify you when I start working on your commission.▸Sketch will be sent to you for approval.
- Once I have your approval I’ll proceed to color and finish the commission.
- The commission stages are: sketch - lineart - coloring/rendering.
- A maximum of 3 free major revisions per commission. More revisions will result in an additional fee.▸You will receive a high resolution file of your commission.
After the submission of the final product, changes are not allowed.

For Live2D Model Art, the client will be sent updates during:

WHAT ARE CONSIDERED AS MAJOR REVISIONS?

COMMERCIAL USE:

• Live2D model prices already include commercial fees. This includes streaming purposes and social media promotion.• For commercial use other than Live2D models, fees are divided in two types:A. x1.5 multiplier for game assets, promo art, stream usage, banners / screens etc,
B. x2 multiplier for merch, prints, artbooks etc.

•I won't be providing the original and editable Live2D file, only the files ready for tracking.•Please do not resell any models that I make for you unless I give express permission.•Please be sure to credit me @LynnaVTT in your twitter bio and/or your streaming platform.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION:

▸I'll do my very best to create the perfect commission for my customers!▸If your model's rigger suggests significant changes regarding the parts' cropping / separations, contact me and I will edit them with no charges.
You can always put me in contact with your rigger for easier communication!▸I'll do my best to deliver the commission before the required date!

You agree to these terms by sending any request for a commission.

FEE TYPES:

▸The rush fee is +25% of the product price. . Fees might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.
▸Complexity fee is 20% of the product price.
▸Design fee is 25% of the product price. (It does not include character sheets.)
